1. Services
Deanna May Boudoir provides photography services, educational content, promotional offers, and related products through this website and associated platforms. All services, pricing, promotions, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
2. Booking & Session Reservations
Photography sessions are reserved only after all required booking steps have been completed, including: Signed agreements where applicable Payment of any required retainer or session fee Completion of required questionnaires or booking forms Dates are not guaranteed until the booking process has been completed.
3. Payments
Payments may be made through approved payment methods including credit card, debit card, e-transfer, or third-party financing providers. Payment plans may be available for certain services or products. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment information remains current and valid throughout any payment plan.
4. Promotional Offers & Discounts
Promotions, giveaways, model calls, sales, gift certificates, referral rewards, and special offers: Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Have no cash value. May have expiration dates. May be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to booking. Certain promotions may require a signed model release or additional participation requirements.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their session with reasonable notice. Repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, or failure to attend a scheduled session may require additional reservation fees or result in forfeiture of promotional pricing, bonuses, or special offers. Deanna May Boudoir reserves the right to determine eligibility for rescheduling accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography services and the reservation of studio time, all payments made to Deanna May Boudoir are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: Session fees Retainers Reservation payments Payment plan installments Product purchases Digital image purchases If a client chooses to cancel their session, any monies paid may be converted into studio credit or transferred to another individual in the form of a gift certificate. Studio credit and transferred gift certificates: Have no cash value Cannot be redeemed for cash Must be used toward eligible photography services or products Are subject to any applicable expiration dates In the event that a client downgrades a collection, modifies a purchase, or requests a partial adjustment, any approved credits or refunds will exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party providers. Custom products, albums, wall art, prints, and digital images are non-refundable once ordered, delivered, or production has begun.
7. Product Orders
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving product selections before orders are submitted. Deanna May Boudoir is not responsible for errors approved by the client during the ordering process. Product delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturers and shipping providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, artwork, branding, text, graphics, and website content remain the property of Deanna May Boudoir unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, sold, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to: Use this website for unlawful purposes Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission Deanna May Boudoir reserves the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deanna May Boudoir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, services, promotions, or products.
11. Privacy
Information submitted through this website may be used for communication regarding inquiries, bookings, promotions, and services. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or where consent has been provided.
12. Model Calls & Promotional Sessions
From time to time, Deanna May Boudoir may offer model calls, portfolio-building sessions, promotional sessions, ambassador programs, giveaways, or other special opportunities. Participation in these opportunities may require: A signed model release Specific session dates Adherence to promotional requirements Use of images for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, educational, or advertising purposes Unless otherwise stated in writing: Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Promotional sessions are subject to availability. Promotional pricing, bonuses, and incentives may be modified, discontinued, or withdrawn at any time prior to booking. Failure to comply with program requirements may result in removal from the promotion without refund. Participation in a model call, giveaway, ambassador program, or promotional session does not guarantee any specific products, images, bonuses, prizes, or future opportunities beyond what is explicitly outlined in the offer.
13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing services, products, payment plans, or promotional offers from Deanna May Boudoir, clients agree to contact the studio directly to address any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Clients acknowledge that: Photography services involve the reservation of limited availability. Time, planning, preparation, editing, administrative work, and consultation services begin prior to the session date. Digital products and custom artwork cannot be returned once delivered. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, products delivered, or agreements voluntarily entered into may be considered a breach of these Terms of Service. Deanna May Boudoir reserves the right to provide signed contracts, invoices, questionnaires, communication records, payment records, delivery confirmations, and other supporting documentation to financial institutions or dispute resolution providers in response to any claim.
14. Gift Certificates, Credits & Promotional Credits Gift certificates, studio credits, referral credits, giveaway prizes, and promotional credits: Have no cash value. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Are non-refundable. May not be combined with certain promotions or offers. Must be used by the individual named on the certificate unless otherwise approved by Deanna May Boudoir. May not be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Expiration dates, restrictions, and eligibility requirements may apply. Deanna May Boudoir reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying any promotional credit or certificate.
15. Right to Refuse Service Deanna May Boudoir is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all clients. The studio reserves the right to decline, cancel, discontinue, or refuse service at any time if: A client behaves in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate manner. A client repeatedly violates studio policies. A client creates unsafe conditions for staff, contractors, or other clients. A client engages in harassment, intimidation, defamation, or fraudulent activity. In such situations, refunds, credits, or transfers will be handled at the sole discretion of Deanna May Boudoir.
16. Policy Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of the website, participation in promotions, submission of inquiries, or booking of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms of Service.
